REFUND POLICY

The institution shall cancel a student's enrollment upon request of the student. The student's obligation at the time of cancellation will be calculated as follows:
A student is entitled to a full refund if one (1) or more of the following criteria are met:
(i) The student cancels the enrollment agreement or enrollment application within three (3) business days after signing.
(ii) The student does not meet the postsecondary proprietary educational institution's min- imum admission requirements.
(iii) The student is called up for active duty or active service.
Refunds shall be made for each academic term in accordance with the following procedures:
(i) A student who starts the program and withdraws before the academic term is fifteen per cent complete will be obligated for twenty-five per cent of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.
(ii) A student who starts the program and withdraws after the academic term is fifteen per cent complete but before the academic term is twenty-five per cent complete will be obligated for fifty per cent of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.
(iii) A student who starts the program and withdraws after the academic term is twenty-five per cent complete but before the academic term is fifty per cent complete will be obligated for seventy-five per cent of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.
(iv) A student who starts the program and officially withdraws after the academic term is fifty per cent complete will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition and fees.
Registration fee is due to hold your seat in the program. It is nonrefundable after 3 business days.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of eligibility.
